Last year, there was a very public defamation case - Johnny Depp v. Amber Heard. Apply the elements of defamation to the facts of that case. Explain each element, and how the defendant Heard's (Depp was also a defendant in a counterclaim, but for the purposes of this exercise only focus on Heard) actions met/didn't meet each element. Do you think the jury came to the correct decision? Why or why not?
