38 weeks pregnant admitted to the hospital due to irregular contractions. She had recurrent pregnancy loss x4. She delivered the baby normal but she develop complication during delivery such as perineum laceration and post delivery she lost excessive blood loss. She loss more than 500 ml of blood and she is abla symptomatic and requested blood transfusion.
