Based on your understanding of the transition/career development process that you believe must be instituted at the senior high and post secondary levels for students with special learning and/or behavior needs to develop an adequate work personality so they have the attitudes, behaviors, and skills needed to succeed after school, discuss how you would counteract the resistances that you would most likely encounter from various groups that are needed to support these transitional efforts. Develop and post here, a transition plan (TAP) to present to your administration that will provide the impetus for starting the process of implementing a substantial career education curricular approach in your district.
