Malignancy is sequenced as principal when:
o When the reason for the admission/encounter is for management of dehydration due to the malignancy, and the treatment is only for the dehydration.
o When the reason of admission is solely for administration of radiation therapy for the malignancy
o When the reason for the admission/encounter is for management of anemia associated with an adverse radiotherapy
o When the reason for admission/encounter is for management of anemia due to the malignancy and the treatment is only for the anemia
