hello this is super random but if you were to go on a water fast for like 27 days while working out 1.5-3.5 hours a day is it even possible for you to lose 54 pounds in the end. ( averaging 2lbs a day). I’m asking because a friend of mine claimed that this was the reasoning behind her rapid weight loss but it seemed odd to me. (fyi: she’s 5’4 and said she was 155 ish pounds before and now weighs in at 104?!!?!) is she lying?
