User The folks at Amazon have asked you to help them create an internal invoice system for them to use when a customer calls up with an order. They hear you have a great data model for this, so they are asking you to build out a wireframe for them. They really like the idea of a parent/child table (similar to what we did for for patient system). Customer search Amazon wants to be able to speed up the process on the phone. What they want is a way for the agent on the phone to first search for the customer (they will need a search box to do this). The agent can enter either a customer name or a customer number in the search box. (If there isn't a customer on file, then the agent just can't use this form. The customer will need to signup on the website and call back later) Customer information Once they have selected the customer, the UI will populate with the customer information such as first/last name (output only), and default shipping address (output only).
