Admitting Diagnosis: M.S is a 78-year-old with past medical history of Diabetes, Hypertension, Hypersensitivity lung disease, Gout, chronic subdural hematoma, chronic kidney disease, pulmonary hypertension of unknown etiology, cerebral vascular accident presents with shortness of breath to the Emergency Department. He states he has been feeling worsening shortness of breath for the past few days and has been having dark colored stool for months. Imaging showed, among things, duodenal mass, and liver masses consistent with metastatic malignancy.
