QUESTION 3: LETTER OF RESIGNATION Dr Modiselle, one of the doctors who was deployed by the head of doctors, who was deployed by head of Doctors. Dr F Mabe will resign soon. The doctor who was originally from Abuja, has been working at Mmamodimokwane hospital for the past 8 years which he enjoy very much. The reason for his resignation is that his wife is back from Abuja has been diagnose with lupus and her health is deterioratin. Therefore Dr Modiselle that it was time to be closer to his family and support his sick wife. Another reason for his resignation was that the 5- years contract which bound him to serve in the department was comimg to an end. He appreciates the time he was able to spend with the hospital and his resignation will be with effect from 30th June 2021, however will be serving one year notice.
