Alerting administrators can use the IPAWS training and demonstration environment (also referred to as the IPAWS TSSF environment) in all of the following ways, except to:
a) Test emergency alert messages
b) Train personnel on alerting procedures
c) Monitor network security
d) Demonstrate system capabilities
