On 1st of April Amber decides to sell her mother's Premium Porcelain Casserole set. She places an advert in the local paper, The Sunrise Times, stating 'One premium porcelain casserole set for sale. £300 or nearest offer welcomed.' She includes her contact details such as telephone number, email address and postal address on the advert. On the 2nd of April, Amber's sister, Sophia emails her saying, 'I would like to buy the casserole set for £200.' Amber replies saying, 'You can have it sister, if you pay £250. Please let me know if you are interested by 1pm today. Sophia immediately emails back asking if Amber will accept payment by cheque. By 12.30pm she has not heard from Amber so sends a further email to say she will buy the casserole set for £250. Amber's internet modem is faulty that afternoon and she does not get this email until 6th of April. On 3rd of April, Elena calls Amber and says she will buy the casserole set for £150 but Amber says she would not take less than £250. Elena says she will think about this. Later that day, Elena writes to Amber saying she will pay £250 but the letter is misaddressed and never arrives. On 4th of April, Amber sells the casserole set for £300 to her close friend, Jasmine. On 5th of April, Jasmine who is also a friend of Sophia met her at the park while going for a jog. Jasmine tells Sophia about her luck in getting the porcelain casserole set from Amber. Sophia is furious because she always wanted to have her mother's casserole set. TASK: Advise Amber.
