Background: Low pay, long hours, no rest periods, no sanitation facilities, and no grievance procedures is the rule for farm workers. . . . To improve conditions the farm workers went on strike in the Delano grape vineyards in September, 1965 . . . . The strikers bring the issue to the people who care, organizing individuals, cities, and institutions to boycott grapes until the growers agree to justice.
