1.) This k-12 curriculum introduced new pattern of systems for the Philippines education sector. Senior high school implementation aimed to equip the student with essential knowledge and skills that will help them prepare better for the chase path in the higher education, employment, or entrepreneurship.
2.) The advantages is enhancing our mindsand skills it may help us to decide what will be the coarse that we want and this may lead us to a successful life. Preparedness in stepping into tertiary learning is also an advantage, the student will be more furnished to deal with much higher level of mastering as they step in college. And their advantage of K-12 curriculum is being ready to join the work force, the senior high school graduated will be trained that will make them commensible at certain track.
The disadvantages is many parents disagreed with this new system of education because they have no disburse more money for the education of their children. And the government does not have the fund to pay for two more years of free education coz they need to solve first the lack of classrooms, furnitures, equipment and free text books. The drop-out rate will increase because of the two added years. It is because of lack of money to fund their child's to send them to school.
