1) The wrong piece of slab was placed. They should have put them in order when they were shipped and brought to the bridge.
2) The cement got hard because of long transportation. They could have put a location near the bridge just for this project to save cement and time.
3) The crain could only be moved by a tug boat, which was a problem when there was no tug boat available. They should have had a tug boat there constantly.
4) The steel workers had to work late because the materials were delivered late. The manager needs to make sure the materials are there on time.
5) There was a safety issue with a guy falling off. They need a buddy system, so if one isn't tied or falls off, both are fired.
