Pt with 4 wks of joint pain: moderate, achy pain and swelling in the MCP joints bilaterally, with lesser pain in the wrists, knees and elbows. Intermittent fevers at onset of pain. Pt's symptoms relieved with ibuprofen. Has 2 children. Exam is now normal. what is Dx?
