Pt with chronic rhinosinusitis complains recent of SOB, cough, hemoptysis. Also experiences intermittent fever, malaise, and weight loss. CXR shows multiple bilateral lung nodules with cavitation. Bronchoscopy shows TRACHEAL NARROWING AND ULCERATION. Labs show anemia, and increased Cr. Dx? What should be checked?
