Pt with alcoholic hepatitis presents for fatigue and abdominal discomfort. No N,V or diarrhea. Pt has chronic ascites. On exam temp is 100.2, AOX3 but fails a timed connect the numbers test. Bowel sounds decreased and abdominal xray shows dilated loops of large bowel with air in the colon and rectum. Dx?
