Charge: Contraband
In the prisoner clerk's desk we found 20 copies of a poem with his name listed as author. Each copy had the State of Michigan logo characteristic of documents made on State copiers. An XActo knife with a one and one-half inch blade tapered to a point on one side and a six inch round handle was taped on the underside of the center desk drawer.
His supervisor said he was not authorized to make or possess copies of personal documents or to have the X-Acto knife. I tagged and bagged the copies and knife and put them in the Control Center. A photocopy of each item is attached.
Which charges besides Contraband should be included?
