In the event of the death of the managing broker,
A A new managing broker must be appointed within 120 days.
B Licensees formerly associated with that broker may continue to carry out the business under contract for a maximum of ninety (90) days.
C Licensees formerly associated with that broker may continue to carry out business under contract for a maximum of one hundred twenty (120) days.
D Business under contract must be transferred to a new managing broker within ninety (90) days.
