1.Netcom Company enters in to an agreement with GT management consulting firm On 1 January 2011, under which GT provides 400 hours of Management consulting services each year over a two-year period. As compensation, GT receives 12,000 shares of Netcom Company at the end of each year. The fair value for the type of Management consulting services provided by GT is available: according to GT’s list of billing rates, generally applicable to all clients, the price for such a service is 300 per hour in 2011 and 320 in 2012.
