Describe a time that you have personally experienced someone (preferably a manager, coach, organization leader, etc.) attempt to manage change. Use Lewin's three step model to guide your answer. Your example can be a positive one, but you are also permitted to use an example in which change was NOT managed properly. Regardless, be sure your post addresses each step in order (unfreeze, change intervention, refreeze). Also, be sure to highlight what was done well or poorly, depending on your perspective, at each stage. The ideal response to this prompt will have a paragraph for each of the three stages.
