David is an accredited representative in a nonprofit organization that has a very high caseload. He is working on getting TPS for a Syrian national who desperately needs it to work. The client is very low income and cannot even afford a cell phone. It took several weeks to set up the appointment to meet with the client, including arranging for an Arabic interpreter to assist with communications between them. All the paperwork is now complete and the client leaves the office. Just before mailing the forms, David notices that the client did not sign the Form I-821, Application for Temporary Protected Status. David knows the client really wants the application mailed immediately and that the client has reviewed all of the information and would certainly approve of David signing on his behalf.
