her job, Margaret needs access to the computer lab, which is about
six inches above the floor level, and the lab workstations. She also
needs to negotiate halls and aisles and go through doors to access
certain parts of the lab. Does XYZ have to change the work
environment to allow Margaret to do her job? If so, what does the
