there are potentially many hops a request must make when trying to resolve a fully qualified domain name (fqdn) to an ip address. create a flowchart showing how a request from your computer's browser gets resolved to an ip address. in other words, you type 'www.acme.com' in your browser's address box and press enter. where does that request go (out and back) so that your computer knows where to find the acme.com web server?
