Since 2006, amateur chefs have enjoyed the television show Top Chef. The program shows chefs who prepare
meals before judges. Now, stars of the hit show are giving online cooking lessons to their fans. Top Chef
University offers 12 courses. The courses amount to 60 hours of lessons. The courses are unhurried. The trainers
teach each method step by step. Students can pause and do lessons over again as needed. They can ask
questions on class message boards. They are also invited to upload pictures of their finished dishes.
