urgent!! how could I complete the square to rewrite the following equation: x^2 - 4x + y^2 + 8y = -4
I also need to identify the center and the radius. I understand this aligns with the circle equation of (x−h)^2 + (y−k)^2 = r^2
but I’m not sure how to complete the square to get it into standard form. thank you so much for any help!! :)
